Does Lebron Have 3 Or 4 Rings? [Solved]
Lebron’s got four rings under his belt! He was the Finals MVP for each of those titles, and he almost made it five when his Cavs lost to the Warriors in ‘15.
2003 NBA Draft: Lebron James was selected first overall in the 2003 NBA Draft by the Cleveland Cavaliers, beginning his professional basketball career.
First Championship: In 2012, James led the Miami Heat to their first championship in franchise history, winning Finals MVP honors in the process.
Back-to-Back Championships: The following season, James and the Heat repeated as champions, becoming just the third team since 2000 to win back-to-back titles.
Return to Cleveland: In 2014, James announced he would be returning to his hometown of Cleveland and rejoining the Cavaliers for a second stint with the team.
2016 Championship: After falling short in 2015, James and the Cavaliers made history by becoming just the second team ever to come back from a 3–1 deficit in The Finals and win an NBA championship against Golden State Warriors in 2016; he was named Finals MVP for a third time that year as well.
2018 Championship: For his fourth title and fourth Finals MVP award, Lebron led an underdog Cavs squad past Golden State again in 2018; this marked his eighth consecutive trip to The Finals as well as his eighth consecutive All-Star Game appearance that same year
