Well, out of the 16 states and U.S. territories that let you gamble at racinos, five - Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts and New York - are totally smoke-free. Oklahoma and Rhode Island have separate ventilated areas for smokers. And Arkansas, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine and Pennsylvania all have designated smoking areas. Pretty cool!
